Sangria Noble
- RED WINE - 750 ML (ONE BOTTLE)
- ORANGES - 2 (ONE FOR JUICE, ONE FOR SLICES)
- LEMON - 1 (SLICED)
- APPLE - 1 (DICED)
- SUGAR - 2-3 TABLESPOONS (TO TASTE)
- BRANDY NOBLE 1954 - 60 ML
- LEMON SODA OR SPARKLING WATER - 250 ML
- CINNAMON STICKS - 1-2 (OPTIONAL)
- ICE - AS NEEDED
- ADDITIONAL FRUITS (OPTIONAL) - STRAWBERRIES, PEACHES, GRAPES
THE POUR
Wash the oranges, lemon, and apple. Slice one orange and the lemon into rounds, then squeeze the juice from the other orange. Mix the red wine, orange juice, fruit slices, and apple cubes in a pitcher. Add Brandy Noble 1954 and sugar, stirring well. For extra depth, drop in cinnamon sticks. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend the flavors. Before serving, add lemon soda or sparkling water for a bubbly finish. Pour over ice, include some fruit, and garnish with extra slices or mint.
